Thought Inc.®, the Enterprise Data Solutions & ORM Company, announces a major update in the CocoBase Solution.  This new release delivers on demand synchronization of Java classes with a JPA persistence model.  Additional advancements include additional improvements to the eclipse integration for automatic code path detection, an on demand live sync between classes and databases and other user interface improvements. The solution now includes a web based live update function as well as updated tutorials and redesigned package management for handling large projects. The result is even more robust solution for developing Java applications within eclipse.

The new release of CocoBase® JPA v5.5 sr4, now includes many eclipse updates, including a much more sophisticated implementation that detects and can synchronize Java coding changes with database and mapping models.  It provides warnings that will prevent errors at runtime.  It also provides tutorials and easy to use wizards that greatly simplify the task of producing JPA applications. Data model synchronization facilities that allows the developer to seamlessly cope with changes to the database model and other team development tools such as database design, object modeling and CASE/IDE tools. This results in much improved developer productivity and reduces overall development organization costs. Developers can easily manage synchronizing changes to either the database or Java code within the CocoBase® GUI Workbench. This directly facilitates implementing an efficient overall development approach by keeping the ORM mapping in sync with changes being made elsewhere in the environment, as well as helping to avoid errors and issues resulting from incomplete mappings.
